No service since mammoth and closed libraries make it difficult to post updates. To sum it up, we've hit the 1000 mile marker and are approaching the halfway point of the PCT. We are officially leaving the sierras and heading into northern California.
Back in the mountains I took extra time to finish the john Muir trail and check out Yosemite valley. Now in south lake Tahoe next to Nevada about to resupply for three upcoming sections (grocery outlet here is cheap). Looking forward to more trail! Still meeting amazing people and gaining great ideas for the future, but its time to concentrate on the now.
